Who Are We?

Churchmanor Estates are the developers for Chequers Shopping Centre

When Churchmanor took over the development of Chequers Court and St Germain Walk they were 1960s buiildings in need of modernisation. Over the following years we have completely redeveloped the shopping area creating Chequers Shopping Centre and working with Huntingdonshire District Council in the construction of a new multi-storey car park.
